Why Human Design?
Everyone is born with unique gifts to bring to the world. Through Human Design we know what these unique gifts are and the best way for you to unlock them within your energy field. Discovering this reveals a strong sense of purpose as you align with the being you were truly built to be!
Human Design is a blueprint system that combines elements of astrology, the I Ching, the Kabbalah, and the chakra system, with the aim of providing individuals with a comprehensive understanding of their nature and purpose in life. It is a tool that helps individuals gain self-awareness, make better decisions, and live in alignment with their true selves. Human Design offers insights into an individual's energy type, strategy, authority, and profile, providing a roadmap for living a more authentic and fulfilling life. At its core, Human Design recognizes that each person is born with a unique energetic blueprint. This blueprint is determined by the positions of the planets and other celestial bodies at the time of their birth. Human Design combines this astrological information with other systems to create a multidimensional map of an
individual's psyche, biology, and life path.
One of the key aspects of Human Design is determining an individual's energy type. There are five energy types in Human Design: Manifestor, Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, and Reflector. Each type has its own unique way of interacting with the world and utilizing their energy. Understanding one's energy type can help in recognizing one's strengths and weaknesses and guide them towards making decisions and taking actions that are in alignment with their authentic nature. Human Design also emphasizes the importance of strategy and authority. Strategy refers to the specific way each energy type is designed to navigate through life. For example, Generators and Manifesting Generators are advised to wait to respond to life's opportunities, while Projectors are encouraged to wait for recognition and invitation before taking action. Authority, on the other hand, refers to the decision-making process that is most reliable for an individual. It could be based on emotions, intuition, gut instincts, or other factors. Understanding and honoring one's strategy and authority can lead to more clarity, fulfillment, and ease in life.
Another component of Human Design is the individual's profile, which is derived from the astrological positions of the Sun and Earth at the time of birth. The profile reveals specific archetypal energies and themes that shape an individual's life and relationships. Basic Session Breakdown
In a basic session with me, we will thoroughly go over your type, strategy, authority, personality profile, environment, digestion, incarnation cross, and sun gate.
Your type dictates the way your aura is interacting with the world whether it is generating energy, reflecting, projecting, or absorbing energy. Discovering your type is the most important aspect of your energetic design because it determines your strategy to life! Whether it's to respond, inform, wait to be invited, or wait for a lunar cycle, your type is the master key to understanding how to navigate life and tap into that flow state. This will also determine which way you may have energy leaks or experience burnout.
Your authority is determined by which energy centers are activated or reflective in your system. For example waiting on your emotional wave, going with guttural feelings, sound boarding, or self-projected authority, just to name a few, is extremely helpful to find out since this is what guides you on how to make decisions. Here teaches us the smoothest way to interact with life, and how to really stay grounded in our flow state.
The personality profile shows us where we best get our information, whether it's study, experience, or inner wisdom that you can tap into, then how we apply this wisdom to the outer world. This shows our tendencies in our interactions with others and can really answer why we are the way we are. Everyone is built differently!
Learning your digestion can really aid in a deeper understanding of yourself because we're not just talking about food digestion (which is part of it) but we are talking about the way you digest LIFE. Some need to digest in silence, others in loud surroundings of the community, Some need hot foods while others' systems better digest cold foods. This is such an epic discovery because it really shows how unique we really are and that not one size fits all.
Understanding your environment can help you operate at the best being you are meant to be. Your environment will tell me where you may be the most activated or the place where you recover and cultivate your energy the most, this is the place we are meant to spend most of our lives but sometimes due to outer circumstances, we don't follow our nudges to where we are meant to be, however, imagine if you did! What if you operated from the best place you could so you always felt secure and refreshed every day?
Discovering your incarnation cross is really exciting since it shows the reason you incarnated. This is not something you need to seek to fulfill, this is how you naturally impact the world just by being you!
For a bonus, we will dip into your most powerful gate, the sun gate where 70% of your energy is radiating. this plays a huge factor in your incarnation cross, which points to the destiny of your purpose! This is something that strongly influences your personality and shows what to look out for if you get too caught up in its energy or if it becomes conditioned.

Advanced Session Breakdown
This is your guide to the deepest transformation within and without. This is the esoteric PhD level of getting a deeper understanding of yourself and if there’s anything humanity is starting to learn today is that mastering yourself is the key to mastering your life. In Human Design first and foremost mastering your Type’s Strategy and Authority is the biggest key to navigating your self-discovery, however, you are so unique and complex you simply cannot be defined by the basics in Human Design. It is just the base of your foundation to the multidimensional complexity of who you really are. Here’s where we take it all a big step further, this advanced session will:
Begin to dive down into your 9 energy centers Defined/Undefined, in other words, where you are generating consistent energy that you can rely on and where you are sensitive to picking up other people’s energies and may become conditioned into belief systems not meant for you. We will discuss how to decondition these centers and get you back into your own energy field while utilizing these open centers to amplify the energy in the room.
Take a look at what your unique gifts are Via the Gates and channels. Everyone comes with unique gifts into the world and these gates allow us to look at the codes written in your DNA showing us where those gifts are coming from and what they bring you and the people around you. It will also show us where there may be difficulties and what it looks like when those gifts are in their shadow, or being misused.
Then we will synthesize your chart, as in putting together all of this information so you can see how it all speaks and plays together. Some people come with a dominant impact on the Collective, Tribal, or Individual and sometimes you come with an even impact on all three. Through this synthesis, we will look at your energy circuitry and see where your life is creating the biggest impact.

Whether or not leaning into Ego is energetically correct for you, as in are you meant to be driven by something? or are you more so meant to hold a frequency of joy?
