An alchemical process of the soul
The world is just a reflection of you
One who pursues the process of Alchemy will soon discover that it is simply a process of learning oneself.
We can discover the truth by first discovering what is false, then shifting away from illusion, bringing us closer to what is real.
Creating Spagyrics
Spagyric creation can be as simple or as complex as you want it to be. There is really no standard and unlimited routes one can go about obtaining the life force underneath each kingdom of life. What we have access to and what environment we are in will often determine which ways we will go about this process. So let’s start with a simple explanation and work our way to some more complex ideas. Knowing what you want and what you’re trying to get out of whatever it is you are working with is often what sparks the beginning process. Plants, insects, animals, minerals, and metals each have their own hidden life qualities locked inside with their own way to reveal the expressions under the shell. The world is your playground. I trust you will use your human abilities to have discernment of what to use as you feel moved to learn the process.
The refinement and recombination are the basis of the work that I am involved in no matter what it is I am working with. There are many paths one could take going about the separation and recombination. Here i will take you down one path that I’ve come to enjoy.
Then i would pour distilled water over the ash to leach the mineral salts out, filter then evaporate to leave behind the mineral salts. Often times once the water is evaporated it needs another run with fire the further purify the salts. As seen below there are still darker carbon-rich salts that could still be cleaned up
To obtain the alkali mineral salts or body (physical structure) as seen below I put fire to the body until it turned to gray ash or no more carbon or smoke will come off. As seen below the gray ash was left behind after the first firing of plant material. With how much black carbon that is still present i would continue firing.
When they are about this color gray as shown below, they are ready for the first pour off water and then filtered.
After another fire or few and some more leeching of water eventually most salts will finally achieve a nice white color. Sometimes crystals will form with a variety of structured shapes depending on what was in the salts and the rate/temperature it cooled. Once they have achieved this nice state they would then be ground up and ready for use.
To obtain the Sulfur or oils of the plant kingdom there are few ways to go about it but most often either retrieved through hydro distillation (bottom left image of essential oil floating on water) or solvent extraction from a sort of menstruum (bottom right menstruum extracting the oils and constituents of a redwood).
Solvent extracts once tinctured (tincture meaning to color) can be filtered or poured off to leave the plants solids behind to then be distilled to reclaim the menstruum. Once the menstruum is distilled off, left behind is the soul, sulfur, or oils (seen bottom left). This is to be reconstituted with the spirits we obtain later.

To retrieve the Spirits of the Plant Kingdom, creating a fermentation of the plant body will produce alcohol and other volatile compounds. A combination of the plant body, water, specific yeast, and sugars is placed in an airtight vessel with an airlock. This is left to ferment until the bubbling reaction of sugar conversion and yeast cease to produce. One could use just the plant body itself, fruits, or just sugars or honey, like mead. To achieve a higher proof alcohol and cleaner product one would then fractional distill the fermentation multiple times. This will concentrate your product and help remove water. One could then add more plant salts or potassium carbonate to remove the remaining water. Each spagyric could be created using spirits from others such as a grape or cane. To create a truly potent expression of a plants internal energetic expression one could use the plants own spirit all the way. It all depends on what you want your end product to be.
Once each of the 3 principles has been obtained they can then be recombined to make a truly beautiful and potent expression of the immortal parts of the inner workings hidden below. The salts (body) can now be added to the sulfur (oil) and mercury(spirit or alcohol) for the reunion or as some would call the alchemical marriage.
This can sit to cohabitate for weeks to months to years for the reaction of saponification and micelle formation to occur or it can be sped up by being placed under vacuum. Checking the ph is crucial since you want it to be around 7 or neutral as possible to avoid caustic problems on your mucous membranes. Once filtered and your ph is where youd like it, you can now give it a taste test.
